Chirayu Bhatt

Chirayu is passionate about all things urban. He has worked as an urban planner in HOK's Atlanta studio since 2005. He earned his undergraduate degree in Architecture from the Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) in Ahmedabad, India, and completed his Masters of City and Regional Planning at Georgia Tech.

An avid photographer, blog reader and film buff, Chirayu literally is married to the competition: His wife, Vani Herlekar, also is an urban planner in Atlanta.

Chirayu's most memorable experience at HOK was participating in the History Channel's City of the Future competition, in which a multi-office, multidisciplinary HOK team created a vision for Atlanta in 2108.
He is constantly pursuing innovative new ways to design and solve problems, and loves the challenges and variety at HOK.
