Han Hsi Ho

Han Hsi’s influences as an urban designer are vast. She was born in Taipei, Taiwan, raised in suburban New Jersey, and was educated at Cooper Union in New York City and Harvard in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Han Hsi has seen many different places -- 17 different countries, by her count!

As an urban designer at HOK, Han Hsi brings an architectural eye to every project. Her commitment to cultivating an innovative design profile and identifying development opportunities makes her an invaluable asset to the HOK Planning Group.

Han Hsi joined the St. Louis Planning Group in 2008 and since her migration from New York City to the Midwest, she has settled nicely in her trendy downtown loft. She is an avid card and board game player, reads tons of fantasy books, and is contemplating getting a kitten (although she’s been thinking about it for quite a while).

Han Hsi joins the ranks of the HOK Life bloggers, just as she begins a multi-month adventure to HOK’s Asia Pacific offices where she’ll be preaching the gospel of Revit as an urban design tool. Stay tuned for her posts from Asia chronicling her journey.
