"Plotty" prides himself on getting his arms -- and words -- around each and every HOK project on the planet. He readily admits to failing miserably at this task.

During his few short hours of free time each week, Mike enjoys music, working out, hanging out with friends and riding his bike (which he’s done exactly three times). He has untreated addictions to licorice, CDs and spills. His college nickname was “Mr. Spill,” and the communications team has stockpiled a vast supply of paper towels.

Mike is dating a very special, albeit imaginary, woman and is a lifetime member of eHarmony. As his love coach, I often comfort him by saying, “Hold on, Plotty, love is coming!”

Plotty is a quiet giver of good deeds. He volunteers in the bookstore at his church and donates time to Big Brothers Big Sisters.

A typical day for Mike…well, there is no typical day. But he takes it all in stride and always delivers (even if it's by the narrowest of margins).
